- Add products to your cart, place the order, and pay a 20% deposit via PayPal or Interac. We start work once the deposit clears, then send you the remaining balance when the piece is ready to ship.
- How long does a custom piece take?
- Most orders ship in 2–3 days. Very intricate multi-color pieces can take longer — we'll always confirm a timeline when you order.
- Can I ship internationally?
- Right now we ship within Canada and to the US. Reach out via /contact for special requests.
- What if my order is damaged in transit?
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
